Finding your model ref.

If you need to contact us for assistance in identifying a part, please ensure you have the full model reference to hand. This can be found on the data sticker on the unit. On indoors this will generally be on or near an electrical cover, or the underside of the unit. On outdoors this will be on the chassis at the front or side of the unit.
