Important Announcement: On 1st October, we will be transitioning to a new ERP system. Please be advised that the last day to place orders for delivery in September is 19th September.  Normal shipments will resume on 5th October.
Any emergency requirements or shipments needed between 22nd September & 05th October will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on system availability.

Toshiba prides itself on its product and part quality, but we understand that occasionally things do go wrong. To that end we offer a simple Warranty procedure in order to get your equipment back up and running as soon as possible, along with generous labour allowances.

Submit a Warranty Claim

Once the repair is completed then submit a warranty claim via our dedicated warranty team.
